new glasses

I went to an eyewear shop a few weeks ago. I plan to have a new pair of glasses. The main reason to choose that shop is because I had a coupon to use.

Christmas time

Merry Christmas. It’s Christmas day. I wish everyone a happy holiday.

What did you do in the hotel?

I listened to a podcast show a few days ago. In the show, two hosts interviewed a baseball player. The player has shared the story so far in his career.

Souvenirs to give?

I bought some souvenirs for my friend and family. I was thinking that they might like this present. However, after 2 weeks, I found a serious problem.

Garage

I watched some videos on X (Twitter). A player indicated that he put some “presents” in his garage. Well, it seems that those presents are not what he’s looking for.

tried to order

A Korean friend and I had dinner. It’s a local restaurant and the menu isn’t in Korean. He tried to use an application to translate the menu. He tried to understand the menu on his way.

I wanna a break

I had dinner with a client and a team member. We just finished some work and meetings that day. However, it was the beginning. I still had something to do that night.

recovering from a severe cold

One month ago, I got a severe cold. I barely moved during those days. Most of the time, I just slept and stayed on the bed.

taking care of pets

I just had dinner with some friends. A friend is a lawyer and she also has some freelance roles. For example, she’s an interpreter and a translator.

A friend just waved goodbye to me. She began a new chapter in her life.

I had dinner with a leader from a hotel group a few weeks ago. The dinner was at a fine restaurant. We discussed an event that we collaborated on this year.

I just finished organizing an event. It’s one of the well recognized events and a key thing to do for this event is to arrange the hotel related things.

I just waved goodbye to a client. He went back to Korea after a business trip. It’s not his first business trip here.

I purchased a product on amazon. It didn’t take too much time and the package arrived.

I just recalled this story a few days ago. This isn’t a good one.

the arrival time, too close, problem

I met with a tourist guide a few days ago. I had a meeting with her because we need to organize a huge event. And we had to pick up several VIPs.

no entertainment?

I took a business trip to Japan. Before boarding, I realized one thing, which is that the flight is an old one and there’s no in-flight entertainment.

I saw a friend pack his luggage. I asked him what he planned to do.

Forever young

A friend shared a video in a chat group. It’s about a player’s career. That player is one of my favorite baseball players. The background music is forever young.

time for shopping?

I was in a meeting room. Some performers were in the room, they already packed their luggage and were ready to go to the airport.

I was organizing a press conference. A client came to me and asked me to do him a favor. He had to book a Korean food restaurant because his supervisors would like to have dinner in a Korean food restaurant.

Hotel

I just finished a meeting with a Japanese client. They indicated that they would like to take a business trip to have another meeting with us in the coming weeks.

I just got on a flight after finishing a business trip. After fastening my seatbelt, a flight attendant came and asked me a question.

I was chatting with my friends. We shared our experiences about being so drunk.

I finished dinner with a client from Korea. It was around 10 p.m., he took a taxi back to the hotel.

A friend joined me in a chat group. We were planning to go to London from Barcelona.

I’m not surprised about this. I arrived in Seoul. At the airport, I bought an e-sim card. A staffer effectively helped me set up everything. And very soon, I got a notification from my mobile banking application.

A lot to prepare

I just came back from Korea for a business trip. For me, the trip wasn’t an easy one for several reasons.

I woke up in the morning. After staying in the living room for a while, I decided to go out to get something for breakfast.

I was waiting for a train in a town in the Netherlands. I had to take a transit train to the central station in Amsterdam.

It was in the summer. I couldn’t sleep all night. The main reason was that it was quite hot.

So hot

I don’t know if everyone enjoyed the summer. For me, growing up in Southeast Asia, summer means hot and humid.

same stadium

In March, I read news that a well-known football club is going to build a new stadium. Before the project, there were just so many discussions.

change money before the trip?

I waved goodbye to my friend, who went to Canada for a working holiday. I’m glad that he made it.

A couple of months ago, I got a serious problem. I couldn’t log into an application. I needed to check some health insurance information.

It’s not fun. Really. I was in a hostel and checked my “food box”, which is a small box that we can put our food or snack in during the stay.

I tried to log into my online banking account. However, it didn’t work after trying several times.
