I was chatting with my friends. We shared our experiences about being so drunk.
It was 10 years ago, I went to London to visit some companies. After meeting the companies, in the evening, we hung out with some friends. Then, my friend, who shared the same apartment with me in London, asked me if I’d like to join him to visit his friend. One of his great friends studied in London. So, we went to a bar.
The bar is truly a nice one. We ordered some cocktails. My friend is an expert in wine, so I let him order. As a result, he’s truly an expert. The cocktails he ordered were great and his friend suggested other cocktails, which were great as well.
I tasted some of them and we chatted a lot that night. It was quite late. My friend and I had to go back to the apartment. Suddenly, he told me that he was so drunk. Well, for me, it was the same. We did taste cocktails and we got some beers before that. Hence, I didn’t remember how much alcohol we tasted that day. The night was great, but being drunk wasn’t great.
Moreover, a few months ago, I went to Korea for a business trip. We had snacks at 10 p.m. with clients. They ordered soju and beers. Well, for me, a mix of soju and beer is a good combination. Nonetheless, the result of tasting it was not good. After several cups, I realized that I was so drunk. I didn’t feel well and the client helped me call a taxi. When arriving at the hotel, I wasn’t feeling alright. And what would happen if you are too drunk. That wasn’t a good moment and I learned a huge lesson. After that day, I basically kept soju away.
