time for shopping?

I was in a meeting room. Some performers were in the room, they already packed their luggage and were ready to go to the airport.

 

However, I noticed that a staffer who is responsible to be with them wasn’t there. I asked them where the guy was. They said “shopping”. Then, I asked, “shopping for you?”

 

Unfortunately, the answer was no. That’s something quite interesting. Some of my friends and colleagues like to travel and during the trips, they would like to prepare some souvenirs for their family and friends.

 

Nonetheless, this time, they only stayed for one night. The time is certainly limited. The only time available was that there’s extra time before going to the airport. Hence, they checked on the google map and found out that there are some stores such as carrefour nearby.

 

Around 20 or 30 minutes later, the staffers came back and they were ready to go to the airport. It seemed that they got most of what they wanted.

 

For me, I normally prepare some souvenirs for family and friends. Nonetheless, sometimes, if a trip is too intense, I might not have enough time to even go to a store nearby. I mean, even to google a store nearby. Thus, I would just check at the duty free stores in the airport to see if there’s something available.

 

Well, sometimes, there is not so much to buy at the duty free stores. I can only select a little bit and say “sorry” to my family and friends because the trip is too busy. Nevertheless, if I have enough time, I truly like to see the local stores and check if there’s something interesting. Sometimes, my friends get surprised to see what I prepared for them. They never thought about it before and watching their reactions is really fun.
