
Happy New Year. I don’t know if many people watched fireworks last night. Hope everyone enjoys this new year’s day and has a good start this year.
For me, I’m just doing some traditions on New Year’s day. I read a book and took a break. And, I checked my plan for the year. In 2026, I would like to do something or achieve something. In order to reach those goals, I have to dedicate a certain amount of time and effort. Of course, a key thing is to travel. I already planned some trips and possibly, a trip will start in the spring.
This year, I would like to visit some cities that I’ve never visited before. So, I could experience something new. Last year, I did visit some new cities and I would like to keep doing it. Additionally, I met some friends, who I hadn’t met for at least 4 or 5 years. I was so happy to see them again. Hopefully, I can meet some old friends this year. If they live in some cities that I have never been to before. That will truly be a great match.
In addition, a key learning for me in 2025 was to stay healthy. If I’m not healthy, I won’t be able to do many things. I just recalled those days that I was so sick and I couldn’t even move on the bed. That was huge for me. After recovering from a severe cold, I understand that I have to change my routine. Otherwise, I will have serious problems.
I don’t know if this could be possible. But a former supervisor told me to keep exercising. He runs almost every day even when he’s traveling. He has kept this routine for several years. He strongly suggests that I do so. I’ll do it, but I might not run as much as he does.
