Adapter

An adapter is necessary if you are going to travel in a country where power outlets are different from the country you live in. It’s always better to prepare adapters before traveling, so you won’t have to spend extra time looking for adapters while traveling.

Booking confirmation

Last month, I booked a hotel online and a staff member of the hotel was calling to confirm. The staff was really nice and she said that they will call again to check when I will arrive at the hotel.

On time

Being punctual for me is necessary because I really don’t like to let people wait. Additionally, it’s important to be on time while traveling. Otherwise, there will be some troubles.

Traveling while young

After checking into a hostel in Amsterdam, I entered the room and said hello to some “roommates”. We quickly introduced ourselves and talked a bit.

Crowded

 

“We might have some problems on the first day in Japan.” A friend said this before our trip to Japan.

Weather

The more I travel, the more I know that something is not under my control. For example, the weather is not something that someone can control.

When I was in college, a professor indicated that he used to travel in Edinburg, Scotland and saw the grave of Adam Smith. He’s teaching economics and he said that it’s not a bad idea to see the “founder” of economics.
