I was in a tower in Shibuya, Japan. I got a phone call. It was from my friend.
He told me that he and his wife would like to go back to the hotel because his wife was quite tired. “Sure.” I answered. For me, that wasn’t an issue. I know how to take a metro back to the hotel.
For me, it's a good thing that you don’t travel with a group. You can arrange your trip and go wherever you want to go. Additionally, if you are tired and you want to take a break, you can just do it.
It happened to me previously and it was in Tokyo. I traveled to Tokyo with my friends. One day, I went out early and in the afternoon, I went back to the apartment. I was a bit, well, tired. I sent a message to a friend. He was in the apartment as well. He demonstrated that he was tired, too.
Of course, it’s not ideal to hear that you are tired during a trip. Nonetheless, we are humans and that could happen. It’s important to take a break and regain some energy. However, while traveling, we might just try to do too many things or see many things.
Later on, I certainly learned how to better manage a trip. Nevertheless, sometimes, that might still happen. For example, I have to wake up early or stay up late during a trip. I normally feel tired in the evening or the next morning. I would take vitamin B and some supplements. Of course, I would take a short break.
Well, I’m not going to sell any personal supplements here. But I do feel that it’s important to take personal supplements if it helps, in particular, I usually walk a lot while traveling.
