Make a decision

A couple months ago, I listened to a podcast show. In the show, a host mentioned a high school student’s story. The high school student indicated that he truly appreciated the show because he found something interesting and gradually, he knows what he wants to do in the future.

 

That student is surely a smart one. He knows to try something new and is willing to dedicate his time learning. I believe that he will have a great future. Before coming to college, he already tried so many things. In particular, he knows how to prepare to learn something new, how to execute his plans and how to even become an expert in some fields.

 

After listening to the podcast show, I began to think about my journey. At the beginning, I had little knowledge about traveling. I didn’t know much about other parts of the world. I didn’t know much about the lifestyles in other countries. Nonetheless, I made a decision.

 

I decided to travel. Then, I learned how to book flight tickets. I learned how to book accommodations. I learned how to book train tickets in other countries. I learned how to organize my itinerary. There is a lot to learn about traveling. Even now, I’m still learning.

 

Making a decision is usually not easy. But, sometimes, you have to make a decision. After making the decision, it’s important to execute the action plan and understand how to make adjustments.

 

Moreover, another thing I like about that high school student is that he starts young. He’s so young, so he has enough time to try and learn. Additionally, if he wants to make a dramatic change, he still has time. It’s highly possible to see him make more important decisions in his life. And I believe that he will keep learning and growing.
