It might be dangerous

A few months ago, there was a news alert on my phone. It was that an embassy notified me that it’s better not to go to some regions that night.

 

While watching the news, I just couldn’t stop laughing. It wasn’t something serious. However, it was great that the embassy sent a notice.

 

The main reason for sending the notice was that there was an extremely important baseball game in that region and a local team might win the championship for the first time in more than 30 years.

 

In the end, the team did win the championship and the fans just went crazy. So many fans gathered in the region and the street was so crowded. And, what’s more interesting, some fans jumped into the river. Indeed, it was a crazy night in that region. Of course, it was worthwhile to celebrate since the team won the first championship in over 30+ years.

 

Additionally, I heard lots of interesting things about that team’s fans. For quite a long time, the team didn’t play well in the league. So their records didn’t look good. However, their fans are so supportive, and they just come to the stadium to cheer for the team, in particular, their voices are even louder when the team plays against the rivalry. Well, sometimes, they fight against some fans who support the rival team.

 

There are many interesting stories about this team. Of course, the team has a rich history and a huge fan base. So, no doubt, when the team is close to winning the title, fans will be ready to gather to celebrate. I used to be in Barcelona while the team won a championship. There were just so many fans gathering near Placa Catalunya. Well, I stayed close with my friends, but that night was so unforgettable.
