weather check before going out

A colleague was asking me a question. It was about the weather in another city. He had to work on a project in that city and would like to know the weather there.

Well, another colleague and I thought about some possible solutions. In the end, my colleague checked the weather on a website, which provides live videos of that region.

When I talked to my colleague, I just thought about some stories about going out to watch games and travel. Previously, we had to rely on the weather forecast when the iPhone wasn’t even available.

I have to check the weather forecast on the newspaper, TV or website. Nonetheless, the forecast didn’t precisely tell the weather differences in different neighborhoods. Hence, there were some solutions. For example, many people post some questions on a forum to ask for local people’s reply.

Of course, things have become so different now. With a mobile phone, you can check the weather forecast easily.

Nevertheless, when I first went to Japan, there was an interesting story. A friend checked the weather forecast before taking a trip. He indicated that we might see snow this time. Nonetheless, when we met a friend who lives in Japan, that friend demonstrated that it might not be possible to see snow.

Luckily, just a couple of days later, my friend sent a message. It was snowing. We were so excited. In the meantime, the weather forecast was correct. It eventually snowed and I took some photos.

Indeed, you have to check the weather forecast carefully before traveling. So, you can better arrange itineraries and a key thing is to prepare correct clothes. If it’s too cold and you don’t even have a jacket, things might be very tough. And that might create bad memories for the trip. That’s not ideal.
