enough?

I had dinner with my friends a couple of weeks ago. We went to Japan this year. At dinner, he asked me if I’m satisfied with our trip.

It was a great trip and I was glad that we took a trip together. Nonetheless, we talked about one thing, which is shopping in Japan. We went to several shops and stores in Tokyo. Additionally, we went to several drugstores. We bought what we wanted.

However, my friend asked me if there’s something I should have bought. Well, that’s a good question. For me, I would say that I should buy more T-shirts and clothes. Nonetheless, this happened almost every time.

Before taking a trip to Japan, I usually plan my to-do list. Of course, a shopping list is included. At the same time, I would set a budget estimation. Nevertheless, things normally go unexpectedly. I bought something and found something interesting. So, I decided to buy something that wasn’t on the list. That means I already spent extra money.

During the trip, I found that I spent extra money. Well, perhaps a little bit more money, so I understand that I need to manage my budget. I chose to buy less in some stores because I don’t want to buy too crazy.

So, the budget looked under control. On the last day of the trip, I would usually buy some souvenirs at the airport duty free stores. After a few days of going back from Japan, I would begin to think that I should have bought some other things, for example, snacks, gifts, clothes and so on.

I guess this will happen again on my next trip to Japan. However, that’s something interesting about traveling. My desire is endless and there’s always something I would like to buy. Nevertheless, I can’t buy everything.
