Good hosts?

I was working on a project in a hostel. After finishing my work, I was chatting with a friend about traveling.

 

She showed me her Instagram account and began to talk about her journey in Europe. She’d been to several countries many times and there were so many cool photos on her Instagram. While traveling, she chose to stay in a couch surfing place. For me, that’s a courageous decision. Nonetheless, I heard many people did the same.

 

Most of the time, my friend met good hosts. The hosts spent some time showing her around. So, she could learn more about the city from different angles. Additionally, a host took her to a show, which was very special.

 

However, she also met weird hosts. She showed me that a host sent her messages. It was so ridiculous and she decided not to reply to any messages from that host again.

 

Indeed, there are good hosts and weird hosts. Before taking a trip, you can search for more information to make sure that at least you stay in a safe place. Moreover, you have to know how to avoid problems. For example, a friend was traveling with her friend in Spain. They used the couch surfing platform to choose an apartment. Nonetheless, they met a weird host and they decided to move after staying one night.

 

I used to stay in several apartments while traveling. Well, I mainly used Airbnb. Thankfully, I met good hosts most of the time. Their apartments are clean and comfortable. Additionally, they provided good suggestions. Those experiences truly enrich my journeys. So, I can learn different lifestyles in different cities. Of course, I saw one or two weird hosts. Fortunately, I didn’t face crazy problems. There are many factors involved in making a trip. Choosing a host carefully could be an important thing to do before taking a trip.
