I was in a traditional Chinese medicine clinic. I had some problems with my stomach. The doctor asked me several questions.
The doctor told me that I had to change my routine, in particular, my routine about eating. She asked me to eat on time. Even though I’m busy at work, I have to eat a little bit. The doctor basically asked me to avoid being too hungry.
I gradually changed my eating habits. Now, I feel much better and have more energy. I returned to the clinic and the doctor asked me to keep this routine. Additionally, she indicated that I had to exercise three times a week.
I’m glad that I went to the clinic and followed the doctor’s suggestion. While waiting for my medication in the clinic, I was thinking about some habits during some trips. In particular, my eating habits weren’t good.
For me, I just don’t want to be super hungry while traveling. So, I don’t eat much. I don’t even eat on time. I ate breakfast in the morning. Nonetheless, for lunch and dinner, it truly depends on if I was really hungry.
Sometimes, I had lunch at 1pm or 2pm. Well, in Spain, it’s normal to have lunch at 2pm. Nevertheless, in other countries, it might be too late. For dinner, I usually have it after 7pm. Of course, you do it later in Spain. Nonetheless, those habits are not good for my health according to what the doctor said.
Well, I’m not going to eat in that way as I used to do because I have to avoid the same problem. I have to follow the new routine and stay healthy. Additionally, I would like to visit more countries and being healthy is the top priority. So, I can travel as much as possible.
