I’m going there as well

I texted some friends from Korea, asking them if they would go to an event.

 

I got a reply. A friend would also attend the event as well. I was so glad to receive his reply and indicated that we should meet then.

 

Two weeks later, we arrived at the same city and met at a stadium. I was so excited to see him again. We chatted about the project we collaborated on last year. Moreover, we talked about the possible collaboration in the future. Meanwhile, we chatted about the event we attended, the atmosphere, our trip and so on. I prepared a gift for him.

 

Well, we didn’t spend that much time chatting. However, it was a big reunion. We worked on a project last year and it was a successful one. We keep in touch and chat frequently. When I started to plan the trip, I was just thinking if I could meet some of those friends again. So, I decided to send messages to see if some of them would come.

 

It was a great decision to send the messages. After receiving the reply, I just couldn’t wait to see my friend again.

 

After 2 weeks, as I checked on social media, I found that some other friends attended the event as well. However, I didn’t meet them in the event, unfortunately. As time goes by, you might not communicate with some friends as frequently as you did. But you might make new friends. Well, for me, now, an important thing is to stay present. If I still keep in touch with some friends, I will stay in touch. If we have time to meet during a trip, I’m glad to meet and I treasure every moment. We talked, we laughed and we shared great moments of life.
