I saw a post on Facebook. A former supervisor shared a photo, which indicated that he was running (jogging) during a business trip. He’s a marathon runner and for him, running is a daily routine.
Even though he's on holiday, he still tries to run every morning. While seeing the photo and words that he shared on Facebook, I’m just thinking about exercising during a trip.
For me, while traveling, I always walk a lot. I don’t know if we can call it “exercise”. Nonetheless, that’s something I do frequently.
I don’t remember that I exercised frequently while traveling. There was one time that I visited a friend in Washington D.C. and there’s a gym in the apartment. I went to the gym with my friend and that’s one time that I exercised during a trip.
Nevertheless, I also watched a video about a player’s trip. That player took a one-day trip, visiting his former teammate. During the trip, he still has to go to a gym to do some training. While watching the video, there’s little doubt that he’s a star player.
I just came back from a trip to Japan. During the trip, well, I tried to exercise a bit because a doctor strongly suggested. She told me that I can do some sit-ups every day. I don’t have to do a lot. So, every day, I did some sit-ups in the hotel in the morning and at night. That’s something new I tried and hopefully, this will be routine.
I like to travel. But I know that I have to stay healthy. It’s impossible to travel if I’m not healthy. Hence, I have to exercise frequently and of course, “eat healthy”. Previously, I might frequently eat chips while traveling. Well, it’s a cheap option, nevertheless, it’s not healthy and that’s something I have to change.
