Quit and travel

I was chatting with a friend in a co-working place. We discussed recent changes in our life.

He just changed his job and I asked him if he likes his new job. I asked him this question because I know that he spent some time finding a new job.

It seems that he doesn’t have too many problems at his job. And I asked him if he will stay long in his new job. He said no.

I asked him why and he indicated that he will go to Canada for a working holiday soon. Hence, he might leave his job in less than 8 months.

He has his plan and will move to another country soon. For me, I believe that he will experience something new in the very near future. He will have to figure out what to do in Canada. Additionally, I believe that he will spend some time traveling, perhaps in Canada, perhaps in North America.

There are many ways to experience life. Working isn’t everything. This friend’s idea is quite interesting. He didn’t like his previous job and decided to quit. He found a new job but he doesn’t plan to stay long. There’s no right or wrong. It’s just a personal decision.

In life, there are a lot of possibilities, and you have to do your homework. My friend has several options of working holidays, and he chose the one that fits his expectations. Additionally, he has a clear timeframe so he knows what to do step by step. He already identified what to do next. And I believe that he will have a great journey in the future. He will certainly experience something different and learn different lifestyles.

I haven’t been to Canada before and I hope to visit him in Canada if he’s still there.
